Simply Posh will make every effort to make sure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. In an unlikely event that you are not please contact us within 2 days of receiving your item(s) at [email protected] to process your return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you contact us you have 3 days to ship the item (s) back. The buyer will receive a STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY. Items must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and all tags attached. Once we receive your item(s) if they are not in their original condition we reserve the right not to accept your return. Once your return is received you will be notified and a store credit will be issued.                                                             

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for shipping on all return items. Simply Posh is also not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or damaged by the shipper.
